What format are the photos in?
All EchoZero Adventure Photography photos are in JPG format.
Where can I find more details about the prints?
We use Redbubble.com to print our photos. Please visit their website for more information on the products themselves, or contact us.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by EchoZero Adventure Photography and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the EchoZero Adventure Photography photos that I download?
Yes. We do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos for any commercial purpose without contacting us first.
Does EchoZero Adventure Photography allow free access to charities / community groups / volunteer organisations?
Yes, but strictly on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with details of your request and we will do our best to work with you.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
Can I order a paid subscription?
We may offer paid subscriptions which include free access to our digital downloads for a set fee at some time in the future. If you are interested in a paid, 12-month subscription, please contact us to discuss.
